Giles Hutchins is a senior executive adviser, coach, thought leader and author on living-systems, systems-thinking, biomimicry, leadership nature-immersions, regenerative and agile leadership. Giles has spent over two decades in business specialising in business transformation and over a decade specialising in the application of living-system/nature insights to organisational development and leadership development. He is Chairman of The Future Fit leadership Academy, co-founder of Regenerators and co-founder of Biomimicry for Creative Innovation.
Giles Hutchins is an experienced leadership-immersion facilitator, who facilitates out-door leadership nature-immersions for leadership teams, senior executives and management teams. Formerly, senior executive and Business Transformation specialist with KPMG, and Global Head of Sustainable Business for Atos Origin, and author of three specialist books, he is a pioneer in exploring and embodying the ‘new norm’ of leadership and organisational development required in this agile age.
Laura Storm has for the past 15 years headed and created multiple global organizations in the intersection between business, sustainability, climate change policy, innovation and leadership. The common denominator being a focus on the global transformation to sustainability - including Copenhagen Climate Council and Sustainia. Her academic background is a Master in Political Communication & Leadership focused on the challenges and opportunities when implementing sustainability strategies. .
For her work she has been awarded the title "Worldchanger" by Greenbiz and is selected by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader and Sustainability Expert. She also hosts the podcast Cracks of Light - Leadership for a thriving world that engage leaders in a dialogue around the paradigm shift towards a world where purpose, people, planet & profit collectively thrive.
