OUR JOURNEY IS DESIGNED AROUND 5 KEY AREAS
MODULE 1: T
he Story of Separation
In this module we will explore the narratives that have underpinned our historic ways of thinking. Ways of thinking that have got us where we are today and where it shows up in your life. We will explore the story of separation between humanity and nature, masculine and feminine, our inner and outer nature, and the patterns in economic, biological and psychological thought that have contributed to our extractive and degenerative economy.
MODULE 2: The Intelligence of Nature & Living Systems
In this module we will begin to explore nature's patterns and principles which are the foundation for a regenerative way of designing, leading and being. We look at the logic of life and its key design principles, living systems and consider how we might shift our business systems and our leadership to work in alignment with nature's ways - principles that have worked for over 3.8 billion years.
MODULE 3: Ecosystem Facilitation
How do we apply living systems and systems thinking to business? In this module we will explore how to develop the skills of an ecosystem facilitator in your professional and personal life. Understanding how to make interventions and succesful results by learning to listen to and read the greater system as a whole. We will give practical details from big and small organizations and how they use systems thinking to guide their business journey. We'll practice identifying the nested systems in which our businesses sit, and consider the evolutionary potential we could tap into, and align with.
MODULE 4: Qualities & Practices
In each of our Circle weeks, we will be exploring the qualities, values, emotions and issues that surround being a regenerative leader. In this module, we will dive deeper into the qualities and values paramount for regenerative leaders and how we can cultivate these in us on our journey. The ability of balancing the masculine and feminine energy in our world starting with ourselves, tapping into our intuition, surrender to silence and explore our own inner landscapes are some of the qualities that are critical to achieving a regenerative future.
MODULE 5: Application: From theory to practice
In this module, we will focus on application and how to translate regenerative practice into a new business and cultural norm. We will fish bowl challenges from the participants and explore how real challenges among the participants could be addressed using a regenerative mindset and regenerative frameworks.
A Final Gathering - staying committed
6 weeks after our collective journey ends, we will reconvene to explore if we are flying well in the desired direction both on an organizational and personal level. We will share how we have all applied the learnings and insights we have gained, challenges, insights, epiphanies and successes will be shared to learn from each other and receive feedback from trusted peers.
HOW WE WILL JOURNEY:
The flow of the Journey is designed to be a blended learning approach of LIVE masterclasses, Q&A sessions and exploratory fishbowls where one or more Journeyers takes centre stage and we apply the collective intelligence of our group to their organisation's challenge. (KNOWLEDGE WEEKS) Every other week we will dive deeper into the organisational and community implications of the subjects from our Knowledge Week through group discussion and reflective practice (CIRCLE WEEKS).
You will journey together with a core group of 4-6 people. Every other week you and your group will dive deep into a set of reflective questions. When you sign up you receive a survey to fill out to ensure we create the best groups possible for all. There will also be plenty of opportunities to meet in pairs, small groups and in plenary with other members of the cohort.
The focus for the 12 weeks is to explore the many fields of knowledge from which regenerative practice has been drawn, so that you can begin to develop your role as a co-catalyst of the regenerative era. Your journey towards becoming a regenerative leader and change agent. Our role is to hold space for your process, inspire your journey and give you some of the key pillars and wisdom of a new regenerative way.
There is no diploma or course certificate. This is an exploratory and personal journey for you to dive deeper into the areas that can up level your regenerative practice and expertise. Our mission to inspire and empower your journey (not overwhelm you). Hold the space while you explore new insights, perspectives and ideas.
We will gather online via ZOOM every week in 2 different ways:
KNOWLEDGE week:
These weeks we will hold a LIVE masterclass and online Q&A exploring one of the 5 main topics of this journey. We will start by giving a lecture and then open up for a Q&A with the entire group. You can view the masterclass live or watch the recording later. The recording will be available to you after the completion of this journey.
Circle Week:
These weeks are dedicated for diving deep with your group of 4-6 fellow travelers. Jenny and Laura will each time kick the session off by setting the scene for the deep dives in the groups and offer a set of reflective questions and how you could go about exploring these in your groups. After the group discussions, we will reconvene and share reflections in plenum and in the discussion forum.

WHY IS NOW SUCH A CRITICAL TIME?
As we make an heroic effort as human beings to cope with unprecedented times, we’re learning just how vulnerable globalization has made us. The climate emergency had begun to open our eyes to the ecological crisis and existential threat before us. Many of us have been taking action, yet globally the systemic response has been too slow. The coronavirus emergency has rammed home our frailty. We can see the immense stress in ecosystems, organizations and individuals and a new way is demanded from us. A new way that is resilient and regenerative. That honours human and natural resources and that understands that a thriving society is based on the wisdom of natural living systems.
In a period of unprecedented fear and uncertainty, there is always deep resistance to change and an urgent pull to revert back to what is known, understood. Business-as-usual. And yet that is the last thing we need to do right now.
We need the builders and the creators from all walks of life who understands systems-thinking and the regenerative wisdom and intelligence of nature 3.8 billion years of experience in thriving and evolving through challenging times. We are here to hold space for and inspire those of you who long to be part of rebuilding organizations and societies in ways based on regenerative principles.
The time really is now and has never been more potent for change makers and bridge builders.

JOURNEY GUIDES
Jenny Andersson is a creative strategist and trusted advisor to CEOs in business, social enterprise and NGOs, who has worked for over 30 years with global organisations, working with brands that are accelerating a shift from sustainability to regenerative strategies.
She calls on extensive experience developing communications strategies for purpose-led brands and scale-ups to deliver world-class facilitated interventions which deliver results. She is a trained facilitator with extensive knowledge of applying a wide variety of frameworks to business change, incuding The Natural Step, UN Sustainable Development Goals, Future-Fit Benchmarks, and takes inspiration from her training in biomimicry for social innovation. She is a Theory U and Art of Hosting practitioner.
She is currently CEO of We Activate The Future, a strategy and narrative development consultancy; and co-founder of The Really Regenerative Centre CIC – a community interest company helping business and citizens of Sussex to develop resillient, integrated, and regenerative economies and ecologies through learning initiatives.
Laura Storm has for the past 15 years headed and created multiple global organizations in the intersection between business, sustainability, climate change policy, innovation and leadership. She is the co-author of “Regenerative leadership - the DNA of life-affirming 21st century organisations” and teaches leaders in the new regenerative leadership paradigm through her organization Regenerators that addresses regenerative design, leadership, culture and living.
For her work she has been awarded the title "Worldchanger" by Greenbiz and is selected by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader and Sustainability Expert. She serves on multiple Boards, either as chair or board member. She also hosts the podcast Cracks of Light - Leadership for a thriving world that engage leaders in a dialogue around the paradigm shift towards a world where purpose, people, planet & profit collectively thrive.
