This 6-week course is for those ready to initiate themselves into regenerative leadership. In an intensive container combining teaching, reflection, mentorship, and peer exploration, we gather online twice a week to explore regenerative pathways to real-life challenges and learn from fellow practitioners. In November, we meet again to integrate and take stock. Sessions are designed to feel like a nourishing waterhole — one that can equally challenge, recharge, and guide you on your regenerative path.

Burnout through a regenerative lens: going to the roots to move forward

This 5-month program is for those who are familiar with burnout and chronic stress in their lives, and are ready to move through it differently. Combining collective sessions with individual 1:1 optional support, it offers a container that holds both the personal and the systemic dimensions of burnout. Rather than treating recovery as a return to how things were, this program draws on regenerative principles to support a deeper exploration: one that opens new pathways in your relationship to work, energy, and what it means to lead sustainably.
