We are Regenerators, a living ecosystem of change-activators reimagining how we live, lead, and design.
Regenerators started as a dream to activate and nourish change-makers, providing them with the wisdom, inspiration, and support to create regenerative ripples in their fields of influence.
Today, we carry the same dream. We still believe in nurturing and inspiring change-activators from all walks of life. We believe we need each other and spaces to explore regenerative practices together. Everything we do is dedicated to strengthening the shift towards regeneration.
We do so through these four streams. We:

Since 2018, we have gathered people from all walks of life – farmers, builders, designers, architects, coaches, consultants, and professionals in finance, tourism, urban planning, local governance, and more to explore how we redesign our ways to align with living systems.

We dream of a future where organizations, cities, and communities pulse with vitality because they are rooted in the patterns, rhythms, and wisdom that have sustained life on Earth for billions of years – nature's wisdom.

In this world, the era of extraction is behind us.
Leaders have shed the armour of control, fear, and separation and replaced it with courage, compassion, and deep relational wisdom. They understand that thriving businesses and thriving ecosystems are not opposites. They are inseparable. There is no business on a broken planet.
We see humanity healing from centuries of colonial and industrial harm, honoring the leadership and wisdom of Indigenous and frontline communities, and collaborating across nations, sectors, and cultures.
Resources, wealth, and power flow in regenerative cycles, enabling all communities to thrive. Our economies are designed for mutual flourishing rather than endless growth.
Design, architecture, and products draw from nature’s genius. The built environment becomes a living system: buildings that breathe, materials that regenerate, creatively-vibrant cities that clean the air and are shared between human and non-human species.
Our energy systems are clean and renewable. Our food systems heal soil, water, and communities. Businesses create an abundance of value within planetary boundaries.
Success and innovation are measured not by speed or scale, but by how much life it creates.
We see a culture where humans dare to slow down — to listen, to attune, to reconnect with their cyclical nature. Where deep wintering is the foundation for life to thrive.
Where wellbeing is not an afterthought but the compass for how we live, work, and lead.
