Regenerative Leadership Journey 2026
We're here to aid the transformation towards regenerative futures, by offering you the community and wisdom needed to get there.
This experience will help you broaden your perspective, open new dimensions, and empower you to play a critical role in regenerating our societies.
Join the Regenerative Leadership Journey before January 27, 2026 (or before we reach 300 people, whichever comes first) and become part of a unique community of Regenerators traveling together for all of 2026.
Welcome to our year-long Journey exploring Regenerative Leadership with a community of kindred spirits.
If you’re feeling the pull toward different ways of working, leading, and doing business; if you’re curious about regeneration; and if you’re open to learning, unlearning, and tangibly trying out life-affirming practices and ways of being, this is for you.
These times call for more people who are dedicated to creating regenerative ripples through their actions, their work, and in the way they show up in the world.
We invite you to join this year-long journey to strengthen your regenerative practice, leadership, and community, so that you can step full into your potential as a change-activator.
What others are saying.
Why Regenerative Leadership now?
We are living in times of great upheaval: social division, geopolitical tensions and war, biodiversity collapse, unmanageable levels of stress, economic instability.
These times of breakdown call for coming together to unlearn and compost old habits, identities, structures, and ways of being and explore new life-affirming ways.
Find out why this is the moment for a regenerative approach.
This Journey is for you if you want to…
Explore, embrace and embody regenerative leadership principles in your daily work and life alongside a global cohort of people from 40+ countries who are ready to roll up their sleeves and activate the needed regenerative shifts and ripple effects.
Learn and unlearn together, letting go of colonial, exploitative, and mechanistic behaviors while exploring new life-affirming ways of leading and living.
Develop new skills using Regenerative Business and Leadership self-evaluation tools to enable shifts in organizations, teams and societies.
Strengthen and expand your global network of regenerative change-activators from all walks of life on a similar regenerative journey of unlearning and learning.
Embody and integrate regenerative and cyclical ways of being with a clear understanding of the shifts needed in consciousness, approach and actions.
This may not be for you if you're expecting...
A polished 10-step framework or quick-fix guide to implement and execute. Spoiler alert: There are no one-size-fits-all models or quick-fixes when working in regenerative ways.
To be spoon-fed or served content on a silver-platter. An integral part of this experience is about commitment to a new way of being, doing, and leading. It asks each of us to show up fully and take responsibility for our personal learning journeys.
1:1 coaching and counseling. If you are going through a period of deep personal healing, we strongly recommend combining this experience with 1-2-1 work with a qualified therapist or coach. We have a rich network of regenerative coaches we can recommend.
Is this Journey for traditional leaders only?
No. To us, Regenerative Leadership is for anyone committed to creating conditions conducive to life. It is for all who are here to foster new ways to address our current challenges with the necessary courage to go where previous leadership frameworks haven’t been able to take us so far. Our times call for leadership from all of us.
Join one of our Taster Sessions
If you’re curious to learn more we invite you to join one of these sessions to get a taste of what it’s like to be in community with us.

When you complete the Journey, you'll join a thriving community of over 1,000 alumni across 70+ countries who continue to gather, learn, and unlearn together, support each other, and birth new initiatives that bring regenerative practices into their unique contexts. This community is an invaluable playground to explore, collaborate, and join forces with on your life-long regenerative path.
The Flow of the Year
Over the year, we travel deep into the core pillars of regenerative wisdom. We explore frameworks, theories, practices, and cases through presentations, music, visuals, videos, poems, embodiment, solo journaling, and group sharing. The course is carefully designed around a cyclical wheel that follows the four main energetic seasons of the living world.
Winter (February - March)
We begin and end our Journey with the energy of the dark and still winter. The practice of wintering is as essential for regenerative leaders as it is for any living system to nurture a fertile and nourished soil.
In the darkness of the wintertime we:
- Move into the shadows and explore the root causes of the degenerative systems we find ourselves entangled in today.
- Come to know that the regenerative approach has to be about radical unlearning, one that heals rather than adds to the Story of Separation.
Spring (April - June)
In the spring energy of our Journey, we explore how life creates conditions conducive for more life, by its very design. What if we could design human-made systems the same way? Base our business models on that life-affirming logic?
We begin to ask ourselves:
How can we translate these principles into our leadership and roles as ecosystem nurturers and facilitators?
How could we see ourselves as gardeners and facilitators of ecosystems, holding space for life-affirming ways that create conditions conducive to life itself?
Summer (July - September)
The season and energy of summer is one of doing, cultivating, growing and gardening! We roll up our sleeves and take our first steps forward by taking all that we have learned and explored so far on our Journey and get our hands into the soil by applying it to our own lives and organizations. As a community we:
Gather in Wisdom Seats sessions to bravely share our real-life leadership and business challenges from the heart.
Support each other to collectively find regenerative pathways.
Explore the leadership capacities we need to cultivate and the archetypes we can embody to thrive in the regenerative transition period.
Autumn (October - December)
Autumn is a time of harvest, preserving, composting nutrients and integration. In our community, this is the season for community-led self-organized sessions - a powerful season of cross-pollination, expansion, experimenting.
Collectively we:
Sit with inquiries around what we have learned about ourselves, our leadership and how we want to show up in the world.
Explore what our essence is and our unique medicine for the regenerative era.
Integrate all that we have moved through over the course of our year together in ways that hold space for our inner evolutionary emergence.
The essence of the six pre-recorded modules
The six modules are pre-recorded and come with a workbook designed to help you develop your practice deeper. During the Insights and Emergence sessions, we dive deeper into reflections and sharings.
We learn from courageous pioneers of the regenerative movement
We invite regenerative practitioners, edge-walkers, thinkers, and do'ers to share their unique insights and experiences with us.

Soil Agreement
The foundation of how we show up together
For you as a potential Regenerative Leadership Journey traveler, it’s important to understand our non-negotiable ways of being together that this Soil Agreement represents.
We use the term Soil Agreement because soil is foundational for all life to flourish, grow, and thrive — including life on this Journey.
This Soil Agreement is our foundation for how we want to be together, learn, and unlearn. It is how we lay our shared foundation for a transformational year together.
For a regenerative transition to happen, we urgently need people from all walks of life to embody and practice Regenerative Leadership.
This is not a course for people in leadership positions only. For us, leadership is not a title. We warmly welcome everyone committed to activating regenerative potential in their circles of influence. These are the types of people we most often attract:
-
…who understand that a regenerative business approach is the only way to move forward, build resiliency, and future-proof their organization.
-
…who are deeply passionate about sowing the seeds of inner transformation in their organizations, and long for a community to learn from, grow with, and be inspired by in terms of where to start and how to hold momentum.
-
…who want to complement their toolbox with an understanding of regenerative practice and frameworks.
-
…who want to include a regenerative approach in their work and offerings to take their clients to the much-needed next level.
-
…who see the importance of ensuring NGOs are geared for the 21st-century landscape and not lost in bureaucracy and rigidity.
-
…who understand their important role in transforming their organizations towards healthy, vibrant, living systems.
-
…who understand that the legacy they leave is one where they have equipped their students to navigate the complexities of the modern world, and to redesign it towards regeneration.
-
Government and city officials who want to be in service to their communities by embedding regenerative principles in policy and planning, guiding more resilient and life-affirming public decisions.
-
…who are curious to explore how regenerative frameworks and approaches could improve their work in the field of urban regenerative design.
-
…who want to up-level their organizational approaches and frameworks into a mindset geared for the 21st century.
-
…who feel their education isn’t preparing them to work or lead in the regenerative era.

Regenerators Academy is at the heart of Regenerators, a living community of global practitioners reimagining leadership, systems, and ways of living. We believe our shared future depends on a shift in paradigms away from a culture of extraction, dominance, and burnout, to life-affirming, resilient cultures of regeneration and relationality.

This Journey has been designed in the service of aspiring Regenerative Leaders to deepen their practice and activate their inherent potential to initiate regenerative transformation processes in their communities, organizations, and lives.
A rich variety of virtual gatherings
Throughout the year, we gather online 2-3x times per month. Towards the end of our Journey, when we open for community-led sessions, there’s an even richer amount of offerings you can dive into.
We will have 2x of these sessions every month, where Laura Storm and Judit Sáez González will hold space. These sessions revolve around the theme of the month:
Insight Sessions:
A structured deep dive into the content of the month exploring some of the theoretical foundations of Regenerative Leadership; frameworks, and real-world cases that will expand your understanding and deepen your practice. These sessions offer grounded theory and practical resources to accompany you on your journey.
Emergence Sessions:
We come together to reflect, hold what’s alive, ask questions, and learn from one another in a more fluid, emergent way.
The sessions are designed to weave in grounding, theory, cases, storytelling, breakout sessions with sharing in smaller groups, embodiment, music, journaling, and collective sharing. All live sessions are recorded and can be accessed at any time on the Academy platform.
Two monthly live sessions for collective sense and meaning-making
As part of the Journey, you will meet some of the world’s leading regenerative pioneers and practitioners and listen to them share inspiration, thought-provoking ideas, best-practice cases, and their unique insights and ideas with us. Beyond our regular Insights and Emergence sessions, these practitioners join us in live gatherings to offer wisdom designed to strengthen us and our capacity as budding regenerative leaders. You'll have the opportunity to ask them questions directly.
Sessions with regenerative pioneers and thought-leaders
Wisdom Seat Sessions
These sessions, which will be held during the months when we embrace the summer energetics, are designed to help us all move from theory to practice by inviting Journey travelers to share a real-life challenge from their everyday work and life. We are then collectively invited to apply what we have all learned so far on our journey together by providing feedback, ideas, insights, and reflections with the intention of moving forward as regenerative leaders. The very act of supporting each other in this way is breaking old patterns of thinking; the belief that we must figure everything out on our own, or that something must be perfect before we can share it with others.
These sessions are informal, relaxed, emergent sessions holding space for what feels alive in the community. They will mainly be hosted by Regenerators alumni to help nourish community development and strengthen bonds across cohorts. By sensing through the sharings of our fellow travelers, learning how they bring regenerative consciousness into daily work and life, and hearing the challenges they face, we can begin to do the same with greater intention.
Nourishing community Café sessions
If you are committed to showing up fully and want ongoing dedicated support from a small group of other committed travelers, you are invited to join your very own Home Circle at the start of the year. Based on your answers in the onboarding survey, we will design the Home Circles, introduce you to each other, and offer a structure of monthly reflective questions to explore together.
This allows a more intimate space for deeper sharings and collective integration of new ways of being. After the initial introduction, you self-organize your gatherings. Alongside your Home Circle, you also get to meet all the other amazing humans on the same journey during the breakout rooms in the live sessions.
We also offer the opportunity of journeying together with a small Home Circle
Want to be part of this living ecosystem? The Regenerative Leadership Journey is where many of these connections began.
The Journey goes beyond the screen
Transformation doesn’t stop at the end of the year; it flourishes in the connections we nurture and the shared experiences we create. Our journey extends beyond the digital realm into meaningful, self-organized in-person gatherings that strengthen our bonds and deepen our collective practice.
In 2025, Regenerators Alumni and participants gathered in self-managed and co-held gatherings in Denmark, the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.
In-person gatherings
The community self-organizes in-person gatherings that provide opportunities for alumni and current participants to connect, collaborate, and practice their regenerative leadership skills together. Whether through workshops, retreats, or community events, we invite you to join these regenerative gatherings. Team Regenerators doesn't directly manage these events, yet we strongly support and celebrate the emergence of these initiatives. Read more about in-person, self-organized gatherings.
Within our community, there are also over 30 topic or location-based self-organized groups from Singapore to Switzerland, which meet regularly to connect locally or explore specific themes such as coaching, money, tourism, and education with a regenerative lens.
A thriving community
Joining the Regenerative Leadership Journey means becoming part of a thriving alumni community that continues to grow and evolve, which currently has over 1,000 people across more than 70 countries. Our alumni are an invaluable support system for all of us on a regenerative journey, offering inspiration and collaboration opportunities long after the year has ended.
Team Regenerators doesn't directly facilitate the wider Alumni community, yet we offer a held Community of Care and Practice. This is an ongoing space for connection and growth for all the alumni who want to gather twice a month to inspire and support each other in deepening regenerative practice.

Learning from the wisdom of nature
Zooming in on nature's 3.8 billion years of evolutionary experience, we can respectfully draw on the logic of life itself. How would we design organizations and communities as thriving living ecosystems?
A Regenerative Business Model
The Regenerators Academy business model is based on the values of regeneration. This means that we redistribute capital towards projects that focus on land regeneration and empowering Indigenous voices. We ensure fair conditions for all our guest speakers and always offer scholarships and a reduced price for students and the unemployed.
A journey through inner, outer & ecosystemic dimensions
Regenerators are constantly focused on weaving new regenerative ways. We recognize that how we show up for ourselves, and the extent to which we apply regenerative principles in our own lives, deeply influences our ability to create regenerative ripples through our actions and leadership.
The Regenerative Leadership Journey focuses on how we can generate regenerative ripples in our lives, projects, and organizations, and how our actions can contribute to a broader regenerative ecosystemic impact.
Questions You May Have
-
Our Insights sessions are designed around the theme of the month and what's most alive in the community. It could be a deeper exploration of the wisdom of nature, Indigenous wisdom, the Story of Separation, more business cases, additional frameworks, exercises, or yin-style reflective sessions. Emergence sessions also focus on the theme of the month and offer an unstructured space to come together, reflect, and integrate in community. In our sessions with Guest speakers, we allow these regenerative pioneers and practitioners to offer pieces they feel called to deliver to us. All guests are ready to co-create and look forward to interesting sharing.
Insights, Emergence, and Guest speakers sessions are recorded and uploaded to the Academy platform, so if you can’t attend, you can catch up later. Breakout rooms, however, remain private and are not recorded.
Café sessions are also live unstructured spaces hosted by alumni to strengthen our community, and these will not be recorded. -
This Journey is designed with the intention of tapping into the alchemy of structure and emergence during a whole year. Some elements are fixed, such as the pre-recorded modules; the known pieces of the puzzle that you can engage with at your own pace via the Academy platform. You will get access to the platform the moment you sign up for the Journey. The live sessions, in contrast, create a collective space for what wants to emerge. Together, we dive deep, share lessons learned, and reflect on the content pillars. Laura Storm will be the main space holder to guide and deeply sense into where we need to go next together as a collective.
-
During the live sessions, there will always be breakout rooms where you can connect with fellow Journey travellers. Once you sign up, you’ll have access to both the Academy and the Community platform, where you can discuss, share, and connect with the Journey community, either through the open channel or via direct messaging. For those interested and committed, we also offer the opportunity to join a Home Circle, a smaller group of around six Journey travelers who learn and grow together in a self-organized way throughout the year.
-
We have our first live Insights and Emergence sessions in February, followed by approximately 2–3 sessions per month throughout 2026. Each live session lasts two hours.
How much time to allocate depends on how deep you want to take your practice. Going through all the pre-recorded modules on the Academy platform (which we highly recommend) totals around 15 hours of video content, plus suggestions for deeper exploration and exercises. Guest Speaker sessions, Café sessions, and other bonus sessions throughout the year are there to inspire, offer insights, and strengthen the connections within the community. As well as the invitations to join a Home Circle or other self-organized gatherings from the community. We invite you to see the offerings of the Journey as a rich buffet; you can receive what you need at any given moment, take a break, and come back when you're ready. No stress, no exams, no grades. You can shake off the pressure of performing like a “good student”. Some participants find the live sessions and community engagement most valuable and may not watch all the pre-recorded modules. And that’s perfectly fine. You can always revisit any module referenced in the live sessions whenever you like, and if you miss an Insights, Emergence, or Guest speaker session, the recordings will be available on the Academy platform shortly after.

We know that some people feel a year-long time commitment is intense. And we understand it can seem daunting, maybe even overwhelming. The reason the Journey is a year is that we want to be able to slow down together, integrate, get to know each other, and build community, without feeling like we need to rush. Regenerative ways of being and leading take time to integrate, embody. It's why this year-long Journey honours a cyclical approach to learning. We know that for many alumni, experiencing this slowness alongside busy lives provided a sense of sanctuary. And we also know that sometimes people need to step out for a little while, because they have other commitments and 'life happens'. This is okay! You can always jump back in. Our Weekly Navigation emails allow you to always be in tune with the experience.

Yes, the price for students is significantly lower, with the option to divide payments. We also offer the possibility to apply for a scholarship, mainly open to applicants of the Global South / Global Majority. Find the information and the link above on the page to submit your scholarship application.

We hear you! We do our best to bring the Journey to life beyond your screen, nurturing experiences that honour your bodies, attention, the need for rest, and energizing moments. Our live sessions integrate embodiment and deep connection; these are NOT two hours of listening to a lecture! While listening in, you can go for a walk, move around, rest while lying down – whatever your body and self need. Many of our sessions offer interaction and exercises to participate in, if that feels good for you in the moment. We also offer suggestions for practices and embodiment in-between sessions. What's more, the community self-organizes in-person gatherings that provide opportunities for alumni and current travellers to connect, collaborate, and practice their regenerative leadership skills together.

All content, communications, and the main language spoken in live sessions is English, as it allows the best connection and integration within our global community. We recommend you check with yourself whether English might be a big barrier for you to get the most out of this experience. To support integration, all pre-recorded modules on the Academy platform include captions and detailed transcripts. Live session recordings also offer English auto-generated captions that you can activate while watching.
That said, we have a diverse community, and many Journey travellers and space holders are fluent in other languages, so some interactions in smaller groups or 1:1 conversations may happen in a language you feel more comfortable with. You can also connect with other members in our self-organized groups, many of which are region- or language-based.

Since a central part of embodying regenerative consciousness is the awareness that no one can be certified in it... We deliberately don't offer certificates. But we do offer an “un-certificate” at the end of the Journey. This is a document you can share that shows you have attended the 12-month learning Journey into Regenerative Leadership, but it’s not a certification or proof that you have now become a Regenerative Leader. We understand that the process of becoming one is an ongoing life-long journey, and we are all in it.
Regenerators are weavers of a new era. We need kindred spirits and community to travel further.
We can’t wait to meet you!
