We are a global community walking the path of regeneration, together.

Our community of regenerative practitioners, formed through the Regenerators Academy, is where the regenerative ripples truly begin and multiply.

Our community is a living, co-stewarded ecosystem where leadership is shared and emerges from everyone who participates.

This is a space where we grow, connect, and nurture change together.

Regenerators Academy Alumni

Transformation doesn't stop at the end of Regenerators Academy’s learning experiences.

It flourishes through the thriving alumni community of over 1,000 regenerators from more than 70 countries across the world, who continue supporting one another's growth and regenerative practices.

Our vision is to evolve into a globally rooted organism with strong regional chapters supporting regenerative transitions in their own local contexts.

“Regenerative leadership is an ongoing practice, and many of our alumni come back to the themes and learnings they received on our courses even years later. I was returning to a similar place, stepping into a familiar river, but the water flowed differently, and I was the same but not the same too.”

— Shimrit Janes, Regenerative Leadership Journey alumna in 2022 and 2025

The alumni's ongoing space for connection and growth

The Community of Care and Practice is a space for Regenerators Academy alumni to feel safe, heard, and supported, to nurture relationships of kinship and belonging, to exchange diverse perspectives and learning, and to let new projects or collaborations take root.

Born in 2024 as a response to the growing desire among Regenerative Leadership Journey alumni for a continued regular gathering space, the Community of Care and Practice thrives through sessions by alumni, for alumni.

Facilitated by the Community Pollinators and guided by collective decision-making, the community gathers twice a month to inspire and support one another in deepening their regenerative practices.

Self-organized groups and gatherings around the world

Our community is decentralized, and Regenerators alumni from across the globe have self-organized gatherings that strengthen bonds and deepen collective practice. From small local meetups to festivals, these are all expressions of our collective longing to be together beyond the screen.

The community has created gatherings across Denmark, France, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany, with new ones emerging in Nigeria and Finland. The Regenerators Annual Gathering at Selgars Mill in the UK celebrated its third edition in 2025, while in Denmark, the third Regenerative Voices Festival took place.

These gatherings share a common thread: they're co-created experiences that emerge from the community itself, not expert-led workshops. An ongoing experiment in collective ownership and letting go of control, choosing presence over planning, where participants trust that things will unfold as they need to when we show up fully and hold each other with safety and courage.

Beyond physical gatherings, our global community self-organizes into over 30 topic and location-based groups from Singapore to Switzerland, where regeneration speaks in many languages beyond English. Through these topic-based groups, the community regularly explores how to integrate regenerative views and practices into fields like coaching, money, tourism, education, and more.

Soil Agreement

The foundation of how we show up together

Every learning experience, gathering, and event is rooted in the Soil Agreement, our framework for how we relate to one another in our spaces.

The metaphor is intentional. Just as soil provides the foundation for life to flourish, the Soil Agreement creates the conditions for deep learning and authentic connection within our community.

It includes principles like being fully present, integrating inner and outer work, exploring colonial patterns, taking emotional responsibility, celebrating collective intelligence over guru-leadership, and embracing both vulnerability and humor. A living, co-created agreement

Each learning experience begins with participants sharing their aspirations for the community: "How do you want us to be together?". The Community of Care and Practice developed its own Community Agreements during its first year, holding them in each session. Self-organized gatherings often start by exploring "What are our needs and longings during our time together?".

The Soil Agreement isn't a rulebook handed down from above. It's alive and evolves through co-creation and deep listening.

This approach shows regenerative culture-building in action, creating agreements from collective wisdom rather than top-down rules, and building the trust and safety essential for transformation.
