Living systems wisdom is not something you can fully absorb from a screen alone. It needs to move through your body, root in your nervous system, and come alive in relationship. With others and with the more-than-human world.

Our workshops and nature immersions bring teams, organizations, and communities into direct contact with regenerative practice. Through hands-on learning, deep reflection, and time in nature, participants don't just understand regeneration: they begin to embody it.

We design each experience to the specific context and needs of the group, drawing on years of facilitation practice across sectors.

Our keynotes are designed to open minds, stir imaginations, and shift the frame through which leaders and organizations understand the moment we are in. Rooted in living systems science, regenerative leadership, and real-world examples from across the globe, they offer audiences a new lens. One that makes the path forward not just imaginable, but possible.

Our founder Laura Storm is one of the most sought-after voices on regenerative leadership — having spoken at 200+ events across sectors, countries, and contexts. Besides talks on regenerative leadership and business she has often talked about regenerative approaches to urban development, the built environment, regenerative tourism and entrepreneurship.

Advisory

Walking alongside organizations ready to go deeper

Some challenges can't be solved in a workshop or a learning journey. They require longer accompaniment through the process of redesigning how an organization creates value, holds power, develops its people, and relates to the living world it is embedded in.

We offer regenerative advisory to organizations willing to do the deeper work. Not as authorities arriving with answers — we never work as traditional consultants. We are travel companions and join you with decades spent cultivating insight across regenerative leadership, organizational design, living systems practice, business transformation, and regenerative coaching.

We bring what we know. You bring your context, your people, and your genuine willingness to be changed by the process. From there, we co-create and hold the space together.

We are selective about the work we take on. We look for organizations with genuine intention — not those looking to greenwash or rebrand the status quo with new vocabulary.
