This is for people looking to initiate themselves into regenerative leadership in an intense 6-week container with a mixture of teaching, reflecting, exercises, mentorship and exploring in smaller dedicated groups.

We gather online twice a week from September 9th to October 9th to initiate ourselves in regenerative practice and wisdom, exploring regenerative pathways to real-life challenges and learning from fellow regenerative practitioners. In November we meet again for two sessions taking stock and checking in.
The focus is on peer-to-peer learning, exploring, experimenting, learning and unlearning together. We value designing sessions that feel like a nourishing waterhole that can equally challenge, recharge and guide you on your regenerative path.

Polished 10-step frameworks or a quick-fix guides to implement and execute. Spoiler alert: There are no one-size-fits-all models or quick-fixes when working in regenerative ways.
Being spoon-fed and served sound-bites on a silver-platter. An integral part of this course is about commitment to a new way of being, doing, leading. It asks each of us to show up fully and take responsibility for our personal learning journeys.
1:1 coaching and counselling. If you are going through a period of deep personal healing, we strongly recommend combining the course with working one to one with a qualified therapist or coach - we have a rich network of regenerative coaches we can recommend.

What the Regenerative Leadership Foundations course includes
The course is a combination of an extensive pre-recorded foundational course in Regenerative Leadership, a virtual global community and 12 stimulating co-created Live Sessions.
As the course is deliberately designed to allow for natural emergence to happen, you will gain much more than what can be put into words at this stage. That said, here are some of the things we can guarantee you:

A unique community of dedicated trailblazers
We travel together for six intense weeks alongside other global regenerative trailblazers. We reflect, share and dive deep together in smaller groups to nourish deeper connections. You will also join our Regenerators Alumni community, with over 1,000 people across more than 70 countries.

Pre-recorded modules, workbook and weekly emails
The content covers key concepts and frameworks of Regenerative Leadership, with recorded sessions by Laura Storm, slide packs, and a workbook for deeper exploration. All accessible upon sign-up. Weekly Navigation emails will guide you along the way with suggestions to watch each of the pre-recorded modules, reflective prompts, recaps of where we’ve been, and previews of what’s next.

12 Live Sessions
We'll gather two times weekly for Live Sessions (Insights and Emergence) where we challenge ourselves and fellow participants from around the world to take our practice to the next level. We value designing sessions that feels like a nourishing waterhole that can equally challenge, recharge and guide you on your regenerative path. All live sessions are recorded and can be accessed at any time via the Regenerators Academy platform.

If you want ongoing, dedicated peer support in between the Live Sessions, we’ll match you with a Home Circle: a small group of committed participants to share with and dive deeper along the course and beyond.

Living library of resources
Stimulating videos, podcasts, books, articles, films and research to help inspire and deepen your awareness, wisdom and practise. The library is open source for all our Regenerators Academy alumni.

Follow-up one month and a half after
One month and a half after completing the first five weeks, we reunite to reflect, explore our unique essence, and discover the archetypes we’re called to embody in the regenerative transition.

The structure and flow of the course
We travel together for five weeks (+ one follow up week) in a rhythm with two weekly Live Sessions: Insights and Emergence. Besides this, the pre-recorded modules provide you with the foundational Regenerative Leadership wisdom to explore at your own pace.
This dynamic of structured learning and open reflection offers both nourishment and momentum, grounding your journey in knowledge and connection. All live sessions are recorded and accessible for later viewing.
INSIGHTS LIVE SESSIONS are 2-hour sessions dedicated to exploring some of the theoretical foundations of Regenerative Leadership - frameworks, and real-world cases that will expand your understanding and deepen your practice. These sessions offer grounded theory and practical resources to accompany you on your journey.
EMERGENCE LIVE SESSIONS are 1-hour sessions that create space for informal, heart-centered sharing practicing holding space for emergence. We come together to reflect, hold what’s alive, ask questions, and learn from one another in a more fluid, emergent way.
PRE-RECORDED MODULES available on the Regenerators Academy platform take you through all the main concepts and frameworks of Regenerative Leadership and work as a foundation that each week’s Live Sessions build and expand on.

A cyclical flow
Over the course of our weeks together we travel deep into core pillars of regenerative wisdom. We explore frameworks, theories, practices and cases through presentation, music, visuals, videos, poems, embodiment, solo journaling and group sharings. Our journey is carefully designed around a cyclical wheel that follows the four main energetic seasons of the living world.
Week by week breakdown

Week 1: What is Regenerative Leadership and what is my role in a regenerative transition?
We begin by exploring the urgent need for Regenerative Leadership in today’s world. This week offers a big-picture view of the landscapes we are navigating (ecological, social, and organizational) and invites you to reflect on your own role in stewarding transition.
What does it mean to lead in service of life? What’s being asked of you at this moment in time? -
Week 2: How is the Story of Separation showing up in my life and my work?
This week takes us deeper, as we explore the root cause beneath today’s metacrisis: the Story of Separation. We look at how this narrative has shaped our inner and outer worlds, how it shows up in our ways of thinking, relating, and organizing.
Together, we begin the process of unlearning, loosening the grip of outdated paradigms, and making space for more life-affirming patterns to emerge. -
Week 3: Learning from Living Systems and becoming an ecosystem facilitator
Living systems understand how to evolve, collaborate, design and transform waste into new life and potential - they are inherently regenerative. This week, we turn toward living systems to learn how life designs for vitality, adaptability, and interconnection. We explore patterns in nature and how to translate them into leadership, organizational design, and your personal life.
The week also deepens your understanding of your role as an Ecosystem Facilitator - a gardener who nurtures the conditions for life to thrive. -
Week 4: The essence of Regenerative business and organizations – frameworks to help you on your journey
We now ground our learning in practical application. Drawing from the Regenerative DNA framework, we explore how to build businesses and organizations that are not only sustainable but truly life-affirming.
This is a rich and structured week, offering concrete tools and guidance to help you begin integrating regenerative principles into your own work and context. -
Week 5: Capacities and leadership qualities to nurture
Regeneration is not only something we do, it’s a way of being. In this final week of content, we turn inward and explore the inner capacities needed to sustain regenerative leadership: presence, humility, courage, deep listening, and relational awareness.
This is a space for reflecting around our unique role, essence and contribution. Grounding and integrating before stepping back into the world. -
Week 6: Check-in, your unique essence and archetypes
One month and a half after we complete the core journey, we gather again. These two final sessions offer space to reconnect, explore your unique essence, and discover the archetypes you're called to embody as you carry the regenerative transition forward. A chance to pause, reconnect, resource ourselves, and re-anchor in the deeper expression of leadership that's yours to bring forward.

Why is it that we urgently need Regenerative Leadership today? What are the landscapes we are navigating? What are the main challenges for Regenerative Leaders, and how can we deeply understand the interconnectedness of our challenges and cultivate a deeper understanding of our current context?

We need to ensure that we don’t just fix things at a surface level but truly dare to go to the root cause of our current challenges. We need to understand what created our current mess in the first place in order to apply the right kind of healing, solutions, and leadership. If we don’t dare to explore this root cause and understand how the story of separation is infiltrating every corner of society, we’ll inadvertently keep repeating the same mistakes, over and over again.

Nature has 3.8 billion years of experience in designing life – why don’t we draw on that wisdom to build societies full of health and vitality? Learning how nature designs thriving regenerative systems and solutions is of paramount importance for Regenerative Leaders. In this module, we will begin to explore nature's organizing patterns and principles that are the foundation for a regenerative way of designing, leading and being.

This module serves as the perfect bridge between nature’s wisdom and the leadership role. How can we take the logic of life and apply it into our leadership and organizational development? How can we truly shift our ways from rigid, mechanistic scheduling and planning and instead move into regenerative, life-affirming ways? The module presents key concepts and dynamics in ecosystem facilitation and emphasizes the type of questions Regenerative Leaders must ask themselves if they are to steward health, life, and vitality in their living systems.

In this module we take all that we’ve learned in previous modules and apply it in concrete ways to our role as Regenerative Leaders and practitioners. We will dive deeply into how we can build thriving organizations based on the Regenerative DNA framework presented in the book, Regenerative Leadership. This is a rather extensive module as we’ll go through the DNA model in depth, thoroughly exploring every DNA strand, to equip you with the knowledge needed to transition your organization to regeneration.

This module is designed to be a nourishing, deep inner exhale, and the introverted yin energy we need to tap into before we go out into the world as regenerative change-makers and transformers. It ties together the final threads of the previous modules and offers you some practical next steps.

This is a transformative experience and powerful held community dedicated to activate regeneration
This course is a space for those dedicated to unlearn, explore, practice, embody, experiment and rolling up their sleeves to contribute to life-affirming ways on this planet.

Laura Storm
Laura is the founder of Regenerators and Regenerators Academy. She is a advisor, thinker and practitioner on how regeneration can reshape leadership, organizations, and societies, and the co-author of the acclaimed book Regenerative Leadership – the DNA of Life-Affirming 21st Century Organizations.
Through Regenerators Academy, she designs and facilitates transformative learning journeys in service to the dream of creating a global community, where changemakers find the wisdom, inspiration, and support needed to nurture regenerative transformation.

Judit Sáez Gonzálvez
Judit is Regenerators' Community and Ecosystem Nurturer and co-facilitates the course with Laura. Judit nurtures the communities of current participants, alumni, and the wider Regenerators ecosystem, tending to soil fertile for connection and co-creation.
As a 2023 alumna herself, she ensures our collective spaces are caringly and courageously held by all of us, facilitating authentic showing up and the embodiment of regenerative principles. Judit is also a systemic coach and mentor with more than 15 years of experience in marketing, team leadership, organizational culture, and business development.

Regenerators are constantly focused on weaving new regenerative ways. They understand that how they show up for themselves and to what extent they apply regenerative principles to their own lives deeply influence their ability to create regenerative ripples through their own actions and leadership.
This course will focus on how you can create regenerative ripples in your own life, your projects, your organizations and through your actions have a regenerative ecosystemic impact.

Our Insights sessions are designed around the theme of the week, to go deeper into frameworks, material, theories, and the content of the six pre-recorded modules. Emergence sessions also focus on the theme of the week and offer an unstructured space to come together, reflect, and integrate in community.
Insights and Emergence sessions are recorded and uploaded to the Regenerators Academy platform, so if you can’t attend, you can catch up later. Breakout rooms, however, remain private and are not recorded. -
This course is designed with the intention of tapping into the alchemy of structure and emergence during five weeks (plus the final essence and check-in week one month and a half after we’ve gone through all the content). Some elements are fixed, such as the pre-recorded modules of the self-paced Regenerative Leadership foundational course; the known pieces of the puzzle that you can engage with at your own pace via the Regenerators Academy platform. You will get access to the platform the moment you sign up for the course. In the two weekly live sessions (Insights and Emergence), we dive deep, share lessons learned, and reflect on the content pillars. Laura Storm and Judit Saez will be the space holders to guide and deeply sense into where we need to go next together as a collective.

In short: Foundations gives you a guided introduction to Regenerative Leadership, the Journey gives you sustained depth and community over a full year, and the self-paced course gives you flexibility to learn on your own terms.
The Regenerative Leadership Foundations course is a 6-week intensive introduction to regenerative leadership. Over five weeks, we gather for two live sessions per week, combining core teachings from the modules with the support of a learning community. One month and a half after the course, we return for a reflective closing session—a chance to check in, explore your unique essence, and discover the archetypes you're called to embody as you carry the regenerative transition forward. Many participants go on to join the Journey for the full year-long immersion after they have finished the Foundations course.
The Regenerative Leadership Journey is a year-long program that offers depth, space, and community. It is a held space that follows the energetic rhythm of the four seasons, beginning in the depths of winter energy. The Journey explores the full curriculum through 2–3 monthly live sessions, including deep dives, guest speakers, peer-to-peer support and community-led sessions. It's the natural next step for those who complete Foundations and want to continue deepening their practice within a sustained community.
The Self-Paced Regenerative Leadership Course offers the complete set of 6 pre-recorded modules for those who need maximum flexibility, to go through them at your own pace. Four one-hour live Q&A sessions with Laura Storm are offered throughout the year, creating space for questions, reflection, and shared insight.

During the live sessions, there will be breakout rooms where you can connect with fellow participants. Once you sign up, you’ll have access to both the Regenerators Academy and the Community platform, where you can discuss, share, and connect with the community, either through the open channel or via direct messaging. If you feel the call and willing to engage further, you can opt-in for a Home Circle. These are small groups of committed participants to share with and dive deeper along the course and beyond.

We have our first live Insights session on September 9 and first Emergence session on September 11. We will gather twice a week over five weeks, until the last Insights session on October 7 and last Emergence session on October 11. Then we will gather again on November 25 and November 27 for the final week together. Insights sessions run during two hours and Emergence session during one hour.
How much time to allocate depends on how deep you want to take your practice. Going through all the pre-recorded modules on the Academy platform (which we highly recommend) totals around 9 hours of video content, plus suggestions for deeper exploration and exercises.We invite you to see the offerings of the course as a rich buffet; you can receive what you need at any given moment, take a break, and come back when you're ready. No stress, no exams, no grades. You can shake off the pressure of performing like a “good student”. Some participants find the live sessions and community engagement most valuable and may not watch all the pre-recorded modules. And that’s perfectly fine. You can always revisit any module referenced in the live sessions whenever you like, and if you miss an Insights or Emergence session, the recordings will be available on the Academy platform shortly after.

We hear you! We do our best to bring the course to life beyond your screen, nurturing experiences that honour your bodies, attention, the need for rest, and energizing moments. Our live sessions integrate embodiment and deep connection; these are NOT two hours of listening to a lecture! While listening in, you can go for a walk, move around, rest while lying down – whatever your body and self need. Many of our sessions offer interaction and exercises to participate in, if that feels good for you in the moment. We also offer suggestions for practices and embodiment in-between sessions. What's more, the wider Regenerators community self-organizes in-person gatherings that provide opportunities for alumni and current participants to connect, collaborate, and practice their regenerative leadership skills together.

All content, communications, and the main language spoken in live sessions is English, as it allows the best connection and integration within our global community. We recommend you check with yourself whether English might be a big barrier for you to get the most out of this experience. To support integration, all pre-recorded modules on the Academy platform include captions and detailed transcripts. Live session recordings also offer English auto-generated captions that you can activate while watching.
That said, we have a diverse community, and many participants and space holders are fluent in other languages, so some interactions in smaller groups or 1:1 conversations may happen in a language you feel more comfortable with. You can also connect with other members in our self-organized groups, many of which are region- or language-based.

Since a central part of embodying regenerative consciousness is the awareness that no one can be certified in it... we deliberately don't offer certificates. But we do offer an “un-certificate” at the end of the course. This is a document you can share that shows you have attended the course, but it’s not a certification or proof that you have now become a Regenerative Resilience expert. We understand that the process of becoming one is an ongoing life-long journey, and we are all in it.
