This is an individual offering for those who want a sustained, private space to integrate and evolve, alongside a group programme, or independently. Rooted in regenerative principles and held with care by Regenerators alumni who are coaches, mentors and guides, each session is shaped entirely around where you are and what you are navigating. Regenerative Pathways Through Burnout
Burnout through a regenerative lens: going to the roots to move forward
Launching October 2026
This 5-month program is for those who are familiar with burnout and chronic stress in their lives, and are ready to move through it differently. Combining collective sessions with individual 1:1 optional support, it offers a container that holds both the personal and the systemic dimensions of burnout. Rather than treating recovery as a return to how things were, this program draws on regenerative principles to support a deeper exploration: one that opens new pathways in your relationship to work, energy, and what it means to lead sustainably.
