Supplementary Terms & Conditions - Burnout program

These terms apply to the Regenerative Pathways through Burnout program (the "Program") and are part of your agreement with Regenerators Aps ("Regenerators"). They apply in addition to the Regenerators Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy (the "General Terms"). By joining the Program, you accept both these Supplementary Terms and the General Terms. If the two conflict on a matter specific to the Program, these Supplementary Terms take precedence.

1. About the Program

The Program is a group learning and reflection experience on burnout, rest, and regenerative ways of living and working. It is offered by Regenerators Aps and created and facilitated by Judit Saez Gonzalvez as an independent facilitator working with Regenerators.

2. What the Program is, and what it is not

  • Nature of the Program. The Program is a space for learning and reflection. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and it does not diagnose, treat, or cure burnout or any other condition. The facilitators are not therapists or medical professionals. Taking part does not create a clinical or therapeutic relationship.

  • Not a substitute for professional support. The Program is not designed to support acute mental health crises. If you work with a therapist or other health professional, please keep that support in place.

  • Who should not join. Please do not join if you are currently on sick leave for burnout and experiencing severe symptoms such as panic attacks, acute anxiety, chronic numbness or apathy, or difficulty coping with daily life. Seek individual therapeutic support first and consider the Program later. If you are unsure, write to hello@regenerators.co before signing up. By joining, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, this does not apply to you.

  • If symptoms arise during the Program. Please contact us as soon as you can. We will talk with you about next steps, which may include stepping back from the Program. We may also ask you to step back if we reasonably believe the Program is not safe or suitable for you at that time. The Program cannot be your primary support in a mental health crisis. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your country.

  • Your responsibility. Taking part is voluntary and all practices are optional. You are responsible for your own decisions about your health, work, relationships, and wellbeing, including whether and how to take part in any practice.

3. Your data, including sensitive information

Regenerators Aps and Judit Saez-Gonzalvez (together, "we") are joint controllers of the personal data you share in connection with the Program, including what you provide when you apply and what you choose to share in sessions. This means we decide together how that data is used to run the Program and support your participation.

Judit, as creator and main space holder of the Program, has access to this data. Regenerators has access as well. After the Program ends, each of us may keep using this data, but only for the purposes described in these terms, for example staying in touch with you about the Program and related offerings, and only as the law allows. If Judit's partnership with Regenerators ends, each of us remains responsible for the data we hold.

Your data will never be shared with third parties, except with service providers needed to run the Program (such as the learning platform, CRM, marketing software, and video conferencing provider) and where the law requires it.

You are never required to share personal or health information. If you choose to, you give your explicit consent for it to be handled as described in this section. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect what we did with your data before you withdrew.

You have the rights described in the Regenerators Privacy Policy, including access, correction, deletion, and objection. You can contact either of us at hello@regenerators.co or judit@juditsaez.com, and we will make sure your request is handled. You can exercise your rights against each of us, whichever way we have divided the work between us.

4. Limitation of responsibility

We offer the Program with care, but we cannot promise any particular result, including recovery from burnout or change in your work, health, or relationships. To the extent the law allows, Regenerators and the facilitators are not responsible for decisions you make or outcomes that follow from taking part. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
